Passenger Pick-up and Drop-off Carts, Wheelchairs/Medical Transport Carts are provided by all airlines. Airline passengers should notify their travel agent, ticketing agent, flight attendant or gate agent when carts, wheelchairs or medical transportation is needed.
There are two sets of elevators located between the main lobby and baggage claim.
All restrooms at Love Field are ADA accessible. One children's/unisex restroom is located on the West Concourse across from Gate 2.
Hearing impaired telephones (TTY) are located on the secured side of
the airport in the suite next to the Fair Park Store and in Baggage Claim. These machines are located on pay phones. See picture at right.

Pets and Service Animals
A reminder to those traveling with pets that they must be in a carrier. If an animal is outside of its carrier, it must be a service animal.
For those traveling with service animals and pets, Pet Relief Maps are provided at every Information Booth. The Pet Park is large enough for any animal to stretch, run and relieve themselves. The Pet Park is located at the end of the Baggage Claim Hall on the upper level. Additionally, we still have the smaller pet relief area located on the lower level; it is across from the taxi stand. (See Pet Relief Map).
BRINGING PETS INTO TERMINALS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
It shall be unlawful for any individual to bring into any terminal or terminal extension located at either Dallas Love Field or Dallas Executive Airport any pet other than a seeing-eye dog or a pet traveling by air. City Ordinance:SEC. 5-53. (Ord. Nos. 12856; 24859)
