TollTag Convenience - 11,000 Garage Spaces
Use your TollTag to pay for parking at Dallas Love Field. Readers located at most entry lanes automatically scan your valid TollTag as you enter the parking garage. When you leave through designated exit lanes, your TollTag account is automatically charged for the correct parking fee. It's that simple.

Helpful Tips for TollTag use:

• Vehicles that Enter the garages using a TollTag, must Exit using a TollTag.
• All Vehicles must stop at the exit at the “Red Line”. This is the best spot for TollTags to be read by the parking system.
• The far-left lane at each garage entrance is a Ticket Only lane.
• If you do not wish to use your TollTag at DAL (Love Field), you can disable your account through the NTTA Website or by contacting NTTA directly.

Cell Phone Waiting Lot - OPEN!

Dallas Love Field’s Cell Phone Waiting Lot is located on the NE Corner of Hawes & Herb Kelleher. As you are driving northbound on Herb Kelleher Way, turn right on Edwards, right on Aubrey and your next right is the entrance to the Cell Lot.

The Cell Phone Waiting Lot is a parking area where drivers may wait in their vehicles for passengers to deplane or pick up luggage. There is a 60-minute time limit for parking on this lot.

Note: No Unattended or Commercial vehicles are permitted in the Cell Phone Waiting Lot. If a customer wants to park, he/she must use the Parking Garages.

Electric Vehicle Parking

Dallas Love Field is “Green With Envy”. Your electric cars can now be charged at 1 of our 4 charging stations at the airport. Parking Garage C has 12 charging stations on level 2 for your convenience. Parking Garage B has 6 charging stations at the entrance into the garage, designated as Electric Avenue. Parking Garage A has 6 charging stations on Level 1 by the elevators adjacent to the handicapped stalls. Parking Garage A also has 6 more charging stations on Level 3 by the elevators and the sky bridge that connects to the main terminal. If you have the electric car, we have the charging station, so come visit the airport and re-charge your car while you wait for your passenger or fly out on a trip.

Taxi Cab Service

Taxi Cab service is provided on the lower level of the terminal. Please see our Tenant Handbook for a list of Taxi Companies.

Limousines, Sedans and Black Car Services

Passengers shall prearrange limousine service at the airport. A list of Dallas Limousine, Sedan and Black Car companies may be accessed from the internet or by contacting the City of Dallas, Public Works & Transportation Department, Transportation Regulation Division at (214)670-3161. Rates are determined by Limousine, Sedan and Black Car Companies and vary according to passenger designation.

Limousine, Sedan and Black Car service is provided on the lower level downstairs from the Baggage Claim.

Limousine, Sedan and Black Car drivers shall unload passengers on the upper level at the Ticketing Hall.

Transportation Network Companies

All Transportation Network Companies (TNC) that operate vehicles at Dallas Love Field must operate on a prearranged basis via web-based application. Rates are determined by the TNC and vary according to passenger designation.

TNC service is provided on the lower level downstairs from the Baggage Claim area with light blue signs stating “Transportation Network Companies”. Note: This is the only approved area for TNC pickup.

TNC shall unload passengers on the upper level at the Ticketing Hall.

Public Transportation

The city's public transportation is provided by Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is the public transit authority for Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Richardson, Rowlett, Plano & University Park.
