U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Dallas Love Field is a designated General Aviation user fee airport for US Customs Services. The hours of operation for the US Customs and Border Protection facility are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) Weekends, holidays, and after hours service must be pre-arranged (see details below) Customs clearing is limited to a maximum of 10 persons (passengers and crew).

In preparation for flight into Dallas Love Field, an electronic Advanced Notice of Arrival is a requirement for all international flights. For flights that will be arriving outside of normal operating hours, arrangements must be made with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) by calling and faxing information to the Love Field Office no later than 4:45 PM CST on workdays or the last workday.

The International Arrivals Fee form by the City of Dallas will also be presented to the pilot to fill out, if they have not completed it already. You may download a copy here. This fee includes the use of Customs facility and disposal of regulated garbage.
