Dallas Love Field Airport has a Lost and Found Program to serve our passengers. We love reuniting passengers with their belongings. If you lost your item(s) at Dallas Love Field terminal, please contact our Lost and Found Office at 214-670-4227. You may also email us by clicking Lost and Found or print the enclosed AVI-FRM-142 Lost and Found Form, complete it and email it to AVILost&Found@dallascityhall.com.

We are here to serve you Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After our business hours, please leave us a voicemail message OR you can email us and we will return your phone call or email as soon as we open the following day.

SPECIAL NOTICE: Due to limited storage, we can only hold items for 30 days after they are turned in to the Lost & Found Office. All items that are not claimed by Day 31 will be donated to the local United Way charities.
